What is J12? J12 stands for “Jesus at 12”.  There is only one reference to Jesus being a child in the gospels, outside his birth, and that is when he was 12 years old found in Luke 2:41-52.

 When Jesus was 12 years old, he communicated to his parents the mission of his life: to be about His Heavenly Father’s business. The J12 Ministry at Mission Hills Community Church is committed to helping 5^th and 6^th graders discover the life changing power of owning these seven words of Jesus for themselves – I Must Be About My Father’s Business.

At J12 SUNDAYS we explore each Sunday morning, from 9:30 am – 11:00 am, the path to Living the 7 by studying God’s Word and applying its truth to our lives. Click here to download the J12 calendar for more details.

Each month we have a J12 EVENT. The event may vary in its purpose from connecting preteens with each other to providing an opportunity to invite friends to a fun event where Christ is honored. Click here to download the J12 calendar for more details .

	J12 CONNECT is a 6 week small group series that occurs on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the Fall and Spring.Click here to see more information about J12 Connect.
	J12 XM is an opportunity for the J12ers to take on leadership roles in J12 by serving their peers. J12 XM stands for J12 Xtra Miler based on the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:41 where he encourages his followers to go the extra mile service to others.
